The Challenge: Evaluating portfolio resilience against aggressive interest rate hikes.
The Solution: Engineered a Python ETL engine that executes a 500bps macro-stress test on 32,000+ records. Data is dynamically modeled into a SQL Star Schema and injected into MS SQL Server to visualize Expected Loss (EL) and Capital at Risk via Power BI.
The Evolution: Upgraded the autonomous ETL pipeline from static quantitative logic to Predictive Intelligence.
The Solution: Integrated a Random Forest Classifier via Scikit-Learn to analyze 32,000+ records, shifting the system from rule-based filters to Probability-based Scoring. The V2 pipeline identifies "non-obvious" default patterns and injects results into a SQL Star Schema for high-fidelity Power BI stress testing.
